The Aquarium of Genoa is the largest in Europe, the richest aquatic exhibition with over 70 ecosystems and around 12,000 animal species from all the seas of the world. Rare species such as manatees, marine mammals that gave rise to the myth of mermaids, dolphins, penguins and the large predators of the sea: sharks. There are various educational proposals where you can learn about all the activities necessary for the maintenance of the tanks and the care and breeding of the animals, with lots of curiosities.
